Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at venushaven8@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision. You may use the standard EU withdrawal form but are not required to.

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until goods are returned.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• You bear the direct return shipping cost unless the item is faulty

Exceptions — Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened sealed goods (e.g. skincare, cosmetics) unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons
• Custom or personalised items
• Digital products once download has begun

Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us within 30 days for a full refund, replacement, or repair at no cost.
